天维菌素酰化衍生物的合成及杀虫杀螨活性

以天维菌素B、天维菌素B单糖苷和天维菌素B苷元为原料,经选择性C-5羟基保护,在C-13、C-4′和C-4″位引入不同酰基基团,合成了3个系列共23个天维菌素B酰化衍生物,并通过1H NMR、13C NMR和高分辨质谱对所有目标化合物的结构进行了表征。生物活性测定结果表明,所有衍生物对小菜蛾Plutella xylostella、朱砂叶螨Tetranychus cinnabarinus以及松材线虫Bursaphelenchus xylophilus均表现出不同程度的毒杀活性,其中天维菌素B C-4″位衍生物的活性优于C-4′位衍生物及13位衍生物。化合物8e对小菜蛾和松材线虫的毒杀活性最优,LC50值分别为9.2 mg/L和0.42 mg/L,化合物8b对朱砂叶螨的毒性最高,LC50值为0.0019 mg/L,均优于对照药天维菌素B。     

Effect of chlorogenic acid on intestinal inflammation,antioxidant status,and microbial community of young hens challenged with acute heat stress

Heat stress in poultry is deleterious to productive performance. Chlorogenic acid (CGA) exerts antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary supplemental CGA on the intestinal health and cecal microbiota composition of young hens challenged with acute heat stress. 100-day-old Hy-line brown pullets were randomly divided into four groups. The control group (C) and heat stress group (HS) received a basal diet. HS + CGA₃₀₀ group and HS + CGA₆₀₀ group received a basal diet supplemented with 300- and 600-mg/kg CGA, respectively, for 2 weeks before heat stress exposure. Pullets of HS, HS + CGA₃₀₀, and HS + CGA₆₀₀ group were exposed to 38°C for 4 h while the control group was maintained at 25°C. In this study, dietary CGA supplementation had effect on mitigate the decreased T-AOC and T-SOD activities and the increasing of IL-1β and TNFα induced by acute heat stress. Dietary supplementation with 600 mg/kg CGA had better effect on increasing the relative abundance of beneficial bacterial genera, such as Rikenellaceae RC9_gut_group, Ruminococcaceae UCG-005, and Christensenellaceae R-7_group, and deceasing bacteria genera involved in inflammation, such as Sutterella species. Therefore, CGA can ameliorate acute heat stress damage through suppressing inflammation and improved antioxidant capacity and cecal microbiota composition.

刈割对牧草贮藏碳水化合物含量变化的影响

１９９３年在内蒙古典型草原研究了７种主要牧草的再生性，以及刈割对牧草贮藏碳水化合物含量变化的影响。结果表明，７种牧草的再生性不同。刈割后１５ｄ内，不同牧草以及同一种牧草在不同生长阶段，贮藏碳水化合物含量动态不同。总糖含量主要有３种类型：（１）减少—增加—减少；（２）增加—减少—增加；（３）减少—增加—增加。还原糖含量变化有时与总糖一致，有时则相反。     

越桔对长白山区酸性土壤的适应性

在长白山区３种类型的酸性土壤上栽培越桔，研究结果表明，｀北空＇、｀美登＇、｀斯卫克＇在暗棕色森林土上生长结果较好，树体营养关系合理；在草甸沼泽土上３个种生长结果均较差，｀北空＇在水湿地潜育土上生长旺盛，但产量低，综合分析认为，矮丛越桔类型品种对我国长白山区酸性土壤条件的适应性较强，半高丛越桔则适应性差，针对长白山不同类型的土壤，以美登最为适宜暗棕色森林土栽培，斯卫克次之；水湿地潜育土可栽培美登品种     

4株酸奶噬菌体的分离

从上海光明乳业股份有限公司车间发酵罐中分离出4株酸奶噬菌体。1号噬菌体头部呈六角形，平均直径为95.1nm，头部剖面平均面积为8184．8nm^2，尾部的平均直径为18．3nm，平均长度为403．4nm；2号噬菌体头部呈六角形，平均直径为85．4nm，头部剖面平均面积为8046．2nm^2，尾部的平均直径为23．3nm，平均长度为549．4nm；3号噬菌体头部呈六角形，平均直径为95．5nm，头部剖面平均面积为9792．3nm^2，尾部的平均直径为19．8nm，平均长度为450．5nm；4号噬菌体头部呈六角形，平均直径为119．3nm．头部剖面平均面积为12586．1nm^2，尾部的平均直径为23．6nm，平均长度为520．5nm。     

近冰点温度贮藏草莓的研究

草莓呼吸旺盛,果皮薄易受伤,难以贮藏。利用近冰点温度贮藏可以明显地抑制草莓的呼吸作用,结合小袋包装的气密性,改善了包装内部的气体组成,提高草莓果实周围的相对湿度并减少空气对流,从而抑制了草莓在贮藏过程中糖分、水分的损耗,减少了糖酸比值的下降。保持了一定的感观指标,可使草莓的贮藏时间延长。     

Particle Size Distribution in Two Lipid Emulsions Used for the Enrichment of Artemia nauplii as a Function of Their Preparation Method and Storage Time

The present study examined the distribution of particle sizes in two experimental standardized lipid emulsions (distributed by ICES, International Council for the Exploration of the Sea) as a function of the preparation method (hand shaking or ultrasonic blending) and as a function of storage time. A 24-h enrichment trial compared the incorporated HUFA levels in the nauplii of Artemia franciscana .
The emulsion droplets in the 50% HUFA emulsion (ICES 50, ethyl ester based) were much smaller than in the 30% HUFA emulsion (ICES 30, triacylglycerol-based) in which 90% of the droplets had a diameter below 12.3 μm as compared to 1.3 pn in ICES 50. The blending method highly affected particle sizes. High-shear blending instead of the classical hand shaking of the emulsion of both ICES 30 and 50 reduced the mean particle size from 5.06 to 1.07 μm and from 0.38 to 0.11 μm, respectively. The particle size distributions remained stable during the 1-wk storage, suggesting the absence of agglomeration or bacterial development. The fatty acid composition of 24-h enriched Artemia reflected differences in the HUFA profile of the emulsions, but was independent of observed differences in the size of the particles.     

浅议实施品种权保护对种子工作的影响

《中华人民共和国植物新品种保护条例》(以下简称《条例》)自1997年实施后，农业部、国家林业局按照分工分别制定了配套规章和保护名录。1999年4月23日国际植物新品种保护联(UPOV)正式接纳中国成为该组织的第39个成员国。同日，我国开始接受国内外植物新品种保护权申请。随着保护名录范围的逐步扩大和申请、授权保护品种的增多，其对农业生产的影响也与日俱增。现就植物新品种保护的基本内容进行简要介绍，并对其给未来农业种子工作带来的影响进行分析。
